Los Rios Community College District needed to create stronger ties to the local Hispanic community and partnered with 3fold to develop a campaign to build intentional and meaningful connections throughout Hispanic Heritage month.
Reaching not only their core audience but new followers for the brand meant a high-yield reach, coupled with an authentic, engaging creative campaign to broaden existing relationships and deepen new ones for LRCCD.
3fold created an event strategy to bring members of the local Hispanic community and LRCCD together in an authentic way. The “Love Letter” campaign concept allowed LRCCD to show gratitude for the Hispanic community by celebrating its culture through celebratory opportunities like art, music, dancing, entertainment, food, family, and community—all while asking for nothing in return.
Los Rios spent Hispanic Heritage month in lockstep with its community, making more than 1 million one-on-one connections throughout the month. Through local influencers, event sponsorship, and relevant digital and traditional platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Univision, LRCCD was able to authentically celebrate and promote Hispanic traditions and their tie to Los Rios’ student community.
