Recruitment and specialized hiring is never easy. When the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) sought to reign in contractor costs, they turned to 3fold to help them recruit full time, local employees perfect for the job.
SEARHC partnered with 3fold to help reposition them as the healthcare provider of choice caring for the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – using a diverse, comprehensive collection of media placements.
Initially presented with the goal of acquiring 750 new patients in Juneau, our work together resulted in reaching 527% of that goal as 3,949 new patients began their care journey with SEARHC.
In Southeast Alaska, certain medical services are not available locally, which sometimes requires residents to travel to have access to the care they need.
