3fold is a full-service, independent marketing and advertising agency based in the capital of California. For more than 20 years, we have been recruiting and activating communities to build meaningful and effective relationships between our clients and their customers.

Our Purpose

When we say, "contributing to thriving communities" what do we mean?

The idea for 3fold started with our founding partners’ previous work: supporting national and state-level workforce development programs. They saw how essential understanding the specific regions, culture, experiences, and priorities of unique communities was for effectively connecting displaced and under-employed workers with new career paths.

They knew this approach could benefit any organization whose success depends on building deep, mutually-beneficial relationships with their customers and communities.
