A growing gap between education and workforce development
A traditional approach to jobs and careers isn’t for everyone, and career and trade education is not an obvious choice for many. This disconnect between schools and our workforce is currently reflected in labor shortages in our region and beyond.
Connecting students with real-world experience for a sustainable career
Pairing students with hands-on, industry-specific experience prepares them for the positions that bolster them and their communities. Our team works with clients to remove the barriers to reaching students and prepare them for success.
Los Rios Community College District
Our 2022 – 2023 marketing campaign focused on audiences who felt that they can’t go to school because of competing responsibilities.
The campaign showed that Los Rios celebrates these hard-working people whose responsibilities don’t keep them from getting their education. As a result, Los Rios gained:
- 5,355 new prospective students
- Statewide recognition and awards for marketing
- 74 percent increase of new visitors to the website
- 6% increase in student enrollment
