3fold is looking for an Art Director with strong concepting, creative, and leadership skills. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring our clients receive the most strategic and highest quality creative work every time.

Additionally, 3fold’s art directors have a responsibility for the development and leadership of the creative team as a whole. This not only ensures client projects are on time, on strategy, and on budget, but the team is working seamlessly and efficiently.

Art Director

A minimum of 3-5 years working experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer. A 2- or 4-year degree is also preferred.

  • 3+ years design experience in an agency or in-house environment is required

Job Responsibilities


  • Work with the Director of Strategy and the Account Team in developing over-arching campaign concepts and creative tactic executions for client projects

Director of Client Services

The director of client services is responsible for the relationship between the agency and the client. The director’s main goal is to ensure all strategic and media decisions are on strategy and meet the highest level of excellence before delivery to the client.

The director holds the responsibility and supervision of all brand managers and associates and assigns them to their respective accounts. The director is the person to whom the brand managers and associates look to for support, guidance, and counsel.

Additionally, this position oversees the execution of the approved scopes of work, while identifying new business opportunities with the existing clients. In this role, the director ensures they agency provides the following:

Marketing Specialist

Within a self-directed team, the role of the Account Services team is to be the link between the Agency and its clients. Account Services plays the lead role in developing strategic direction for all campaigns and projects, in being the Agency’s advocate with our clients, and in being our clients’ advocate at the Agency. Account Services also has business development responsibility for their accounts.

The Marketing Specialist position is made for a solution-producing, strategic thinking, team leader that has a solid understanding of not only “what” 3fold can provide to its clients, but “how” we do it, and, most importantly, “why”.

This position is the main contact for the client and provides clear direction and strategy to achieve the best results. Effective hands-on management of day-to-day account functions, strategic thinking, continuous understanding and management of client expectations, and outstanding cooperation and collaboration throughout the company to get things accomplished are the keys to success.

The Marketing Specialist works closely with their clients throughout the term of the contract to understand their goals and objectives in order to develop the solution that meets their needs. They also manage all workload; ensuring contract deliverables are completed on time, on strategy and within budget. In addition to managing the delivery of services for their clients, Marketing Specialists are responsible for identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.

Marketing Strategist

3fold is looking for an account strategist for our midtown office. Our Account Strategist plays a key role in developing and driving client strategy by gathering, defining and clarifying the insights that drive our creative solutions and help us make a difference in our clients’ business.

Collaboration is key for this position. By working with our team of account managers, digital strategists and creative team, the Account Strategist will work to define project objectives, set key performance metrics and establish project approach.
