Account Manager

3fold is looking for an account manager that is a multi-tasking, solutions-oriented, problem-solving dynamo. This position is responsible for both understanding the “why” behind what 3fold does for our clients, as well as the “why” for their own clients. Specifically, this means being a client expert, pulling together the right resources and team members to drive campaigns toward meeting goals and identifying new opportunities for success.

 

Additionally, our account managers are enthusiastic business developers, playing an important role in building 3fold’s success by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and doing whatever it takes to support the entire team in reaching our goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a college or university or related work experience
  • Three or more years of work experience in an agency or firm’s account or project management position preferred – Or similar experience in business management, startups or leadership
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Relevant marketing and communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience using Mac software is preferred
  • Experience using project management tools (such as Basecamp or Asana) required
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms required
  • Proficiency updating WordPress posts and pages required
  • Experience with Google keyword search tool desired
  • Experience making B2B sales preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as the lead to the client contact on day-to-day development and implementation of projects
  • Manages an annual client load to be defined by work plan goals
  • Acts as the air-traffic controller between the agency and the client, providing effective direction to ensure client expectations are properly managed, strategy is carried throughout all projects, and scope is executed on time and on budget
  • Responsible for handling our advertising, digital, marketing, and communications clients, executing scopes and ensuring projects run efficiently and effectively to meet goals and objectives.
  • Proactively contributes to the strategic process through brief generation, research and analysis, strategy and plan development, recommendation development and execution of scope
  • Manages the kick-off of new clients including ensuring competitor research, client assessment/audits, and client discovery is assigned to appropriate staff and completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Sets up meetings with clients and other 3fold staff
  • Delegates work to other members of the 3fold team
  • Is an active participant and collaborator with all departments to develop fresh and innovative ideas for clients
  • Responsible for execution and management of client project scopes from start to finish
  • Project manages advertising campaigns including development, launch execution, reporting and ongoing optimization
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly client reporting
  • Develops and presents campaign results to clients and represents client feedback internally to drive opportunities to better align with customer needs across future opportunities
  • Completes projects to a specific schedule and within budget
  • Use experience, knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Establishes, maintains and expands the client / agency relationship; anticipating future business opportunities, as well as emerging issues which may affect the client / agency relationship
  • When additional training and support is identified, this position must complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Digital Communications Specialist

3fold is looking for a digital communications specialist to lead facilitation of website projects, including management of project workflow, to meet key deadlines, benchmarks and organizational objectives for specific client projects.

Successful candidates will be highly-detailed, proactive, problem-solvers who thrive in a creative environment, enjoy working with people and on a team, and thrive working independently. Strong strategic thinking abilities and a deep understanding of effective communications for a variety of audiences are also key to this position.
