This is a great post, Elise! I remember my first year of working after college was very difficult for a variety of reasons...some of which involved the pressures/competition you discuss. 3fold throws inner office competition out the window. I think that's the sign of a good team! :)

What a clear, thoughtful message ~ marking the year in review, finely honed key areas, and moving forward into 2012. As a recipient of the "top shelf" services provided so brilliantly by 3fold in 2011, I must say that all of your growth and accolades (Small Business of the Year!) are richly deserved. These successes are by design, they are earned. Bravo!

Let me, on behalf of grateful Corner Booth Media in (chilly) Spokane, Washington ... wish Gordon and all 3folders a wonderful holiday season and a brilliant 2012.

Mr. Gates, you were responsible for the removal of Secretary of the Army Francis J. Harvey and Army Surgeon General Kevin C. Kiley during the Walter Reed Army Medical Center neglect scandal, standing by your word that those responsible would be held accountable. How high does accountability rank with you? As the new chancellor of the College of William and Mary, how do you plan to enforce the accountability of staff, faculty, and the inflation of grades?

Dr. Gates,

It apears that clashes between the left and right set up every president for failure. More and more people in government have personal agendas and worry more about re-election than their own country. We are the UNITED States but can't stand together to better our country and lead the international community.

What do you think it will take for politicians to snap out of this failing pattern and come together with actions, not words, not speeches, or failed promises? Other than writing letters to elected officials, what can the American people, like the ones in this room, do to make these changes happen?

Hello Mr. Gates,

As the new chancellor of William and Mary and past president of A&M, it seems you have a lot of passion for higher education. What is your advice to get future students into college without being dissuaded by rising tuition costs ?

Hello! Here is my question for Robert Gates:

"Mr Gates, you very involved with Boy Scouts as a child and Alpha Phi Omega in college. How did your involvement with these community organizations impact your development as a leader and how do you think communities can best prepare youth for leaderships roles?"
