While our most important goal is to produce outstanding results for clients, we believe our employees perform their jobs better when they are engaged in issues important to them. We strongly encourage our team to give back to our community, and often allow them to do so during working hours. From the beginning, 3fold has also dedicated at least 20 percent of time and resources to providing pro bono services for nonprofit clients and causes working to better their communities. The result? Satisfied employees, successful clients, and a stronger community.
